Today I got some cable ties for corset boning after reading an article comparing all the possibilities. It's cheap, easily available and doesn't rust or rot if it gets wet. I need to make a new pirate shirt too, and my big dream is to make a cutaway jacket. I need to beg, borrow or steal a decent pair of pirate boots though. The boots really do make the outfit.
